大家好，我是Austin。我很榮幸在過去幾年翻譯過許多靈性老師的冥想。在所有的冥想中，三聖火焰的冥想讓我感受最深刻。

Austin is honored to have translated a variety of meditations for many spiritual teachers in the past few years. Among all the meditations, the meditation of the Three-Fold Flames is most heartfelt for him.

三聖火焰冥想是我試過的冥想中最簡單卻也是最究竟的修練方式，因為喚醒我們對內在神性的覺醒是最基本的靈修起點，而透過冥想重新點燃和啟動我們內在的三聖火焰就是最直接和最深刻的方式。

The Three-Fold Flames meditation is the simplest yet the most ultimate practice method of meditation that Austin has experienced so far. Awakening our inner divinity is the most fundamental starting point for spiritual practice, and re-igniting and re-activating our inner Three-Fold Flames through a meditation is the most direct and heartfelt way.

這個三聖火焰冥想是由瑞強德蘭老師（瑞老師）為庫圖彌大師傳訊而得。

This meditation of the Three-Fold Flames was channelled by teacher Rae Chandran through Master Kuthumi.

Austin很幸運獲得瑞老師的同意為他錄製冥想的視頻和音頻，獲得Tom Kenyon贊助音樂，還有Melinda Wang （王美玉）老師提供的三聖火焰圖像。

相傳在1850萬年前，為了引領人類前進，聖塔庫瑪拉（Sanat Kumura，也就是過去佛，燃燈佛）遠從金星到地球，為人類和地球定錨三聖火焰的能量。

Legend has it that, 18.5 million years ago, Sanat Kumura (Dīpankara Buddha, also known as the one of the Buddhas of the past) travelled from Venus to earth and anchored the energy of three-fold flames for the mankind and the earth.
in order to lead the mankind forward.

據說聖塔庫瑪拉最初降落在日本京都的鞍馬山，由於鞍馬山是臼井祖師重新發現靈氣的地點，所以鞍馬山也被視為臼井靈氣的聖地。

It is said that Santa Kumara first landed on Mount Kurama in Kyoto, Japan. Since Mount Kurama is the place where Reiki Master Usui rediscovered Reiki, Mount Kurama is also regarded as the sacred site for Usui Reiki.

=三昧真火
是靈性淬鍊的基本功課，所以三聖火焰的冥想也是Austin靈氣課程的必修內容。

As Austin believes that Three-Fold Flames
= Holy fire, as in Holy Fire Reiki
= Golden light, as in Golden Light Mantra
= True Fire of Samadhi,
it is the basic homework for spiritual alchemy, so the meditation of the three-fold flames is also a compulsory practice in Austin’s Reiki course.

藍色火焰象徵神的意志，也就是力量
金黃色火焰象徵神的智慧
粉紅色象徵神的愛，也就是慈悲

The blue flame represents God’s will, which is power
The golden yellow flame represents God’s wisdom
The pink flame represents God’s love, which is compassion

原則：

• 金黃色的火焰必須要在三道火焰的中間
• 三道火焰一定要等高，如果看到火焰不等高，請告訴火焰回復同樣的高度
  -目標：三聖火焰的高度達到274公分。因為當火焰的高度達到274公分，我們就能夠擁有完整的多維度自己。
• 開始可以連續作冥想21天，讓自己內在三聖火焰能夠持續明亮的燃燒著

Please keep the following principles in mind:

• The golden yellow flame must remain in the middle of the three flames
• The three flames must be equal in height. If you see any flame not equal in height, please ask the flames to restore to the equal height.
• Our goal is to have the height of the three-fold flames reach 274 cm. When the height of the flames reaches 274 cm, we will have complete multi-dimensional selves.

隨著我們在靈性道路上前進，我們會遇到不同的醫師和療癒師來協助我們療癒和成長。這些醫師和療癒師都會依照我們自己當時的頻率而出現，然而他們沒有好壞之分，而是依據我們願意為自己做多少努力而出現。

一開始我們不確定如何幫助自己，就會出現能夠幫我們很多的醫師和療癒師。

等我們漸漸學習如何讓自己更健康，就會出現一些可以直接幫助我們、也可以提供建議，讓自己幫助自己的醫師和療癒師。

最後，等我們熟悉讓自己壯大的方法，就會出現一些能夠僅提供建議，讓我們自己進行自我療癒的醫師和療癒師❤️
